Basic is free permanently — no card, no expiry. You get a digital profile with QR and NFC, vCard download, up to 3 custom links, and 7 days of profile view and click analytics.
Yes. Change your interval (monthly, quarterly, yearly) from the billing section in the app, or open Settings → Membership and choose Cancel subscription. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your profile, URL and QR code keep working — they are yours on Basic too. You return to the Basic limits: up to 3 custom links and a 7-day analytics window. Nothing is deleted.
Use the Upgrade actions in Settings, or the upgrade prompts across your dashboard. If you have a promo code or one from a Signature Cuff package, enter it at checkout.
Those features are planned and in active development, not available today. Pro subscribers get them as they roll out and are not charged extra when they launch.
No. Your profile works with a link or QR code on any phone. The cuff adds tap-to-open NFC, and it includes 12 months of Pro in the box.
